Beacon Lighting was formally a garden centre with no roofing, therefore when the roof was installed it was required to have smoke extracts to be mounted for building and fire regulations.
After the duct work was installed we craned two smoke spill fans onto the roof. We then upgraded the mechanical switchboard integrating them to the fire alarm panel.
We also reconfigured the controls on the 4 package units, to allow management more control on using their units to suit their needs.
