Due to the age of the units onsite it was becoming difficult to source spare parts, so an upgrade was called for.
We carried out the works in stages so not to disturb our clients, we relocated the new condensers to the roof on a new stage that had been provided allowing extra space in their yard.
We then carried out the works of decommissioning the existing units, supplied & installed the new Mitsubishi Ducted units which are heat recovery VRF to allow for heat & cool air.
Our technicians did a great job, and the clients are very happy sending us a lovely email advising us ‘they had been great & accommodating with the day to day operation of our business.
